Soon after reaching Munnar after 4 hours, you will love to make a presence in the immensely beautiful hill station of Kerala that is famous for the tea and spice plantations. Wake up to the early morning breakfast, and go out for a visit to the Tea Museum to taste the different types of tea that make Munnar very popular among tourists. Post this, you will be navigated to the Eravikulam National Park, a sanctuary for the Nigiri Tahr that is an endangered mountain goat of South India. After the day comes to an end, you can choose to spend some time shopping for souvenirs when you are off to the local markets in Munnar. Return back to the hotel and stay overnight after dinner!
Soon after you finish eating the morning breakfast, you will start with the sightseeing tour in Munnar for another day, where you will proceed to the most-sought Mattupetty dam, Echo- point and Kundala dam where you can undergo boating as an exciting activity. Travel a distance of 110 km for 4 hours, on a road drive and upon your arrival in Thekkady or Periyar that has a lot of places to count on. First, you will check-in the resort in Periyar and relax for some time post reaching. have lunch, and hit boating on the lake and dam of Periyar followed by a visit to the habitat of a lot of fauna species in the wildlife of Periyar followed by nature walk, bamboo rafting, and much more to count on. Stay overnight in Periyar after your return to the resort or hotel!
In the wake of the early morning breakfast, you will commence with the tour to Alleppey that is renowned as the backwater capital of India and also renowned as the Venice of East. The backwater stretches are utterly beautiful where you come across the rural habitats and also the lush green forests that you can watch followed by some famous cuisines that make your day.
