Once you land at the Paro International airport, you will be warmly greeted by the Swan Tours representative who will further be transferred to the hotel in Thimphu from Paro. Soon as you reach there, you will check-in the hotel and relax for you will depart to some of the best sightseeing spots like, National Memorial Chorten, National Museum and Folk Heritage Museum and National Library. Later, bring an end to the day by staying overnight in the hotel!
Eat breakfast in the morning and start for the sightseeing excursion at Thimphu where you will start with the Trashi Chhoe Dzong, Pangri Zampa, Cheri Goemba, and many other local places around in Thimphu that holds historical importance. Later, get transferred to the hotel where you will stay overnight after dinner!
After the morning breakfast, you will be driven off to Punakha from Thimphu that is another wonderful place on the charts. You can hop to several places once you reach there and en-route as well. Some of them are, mountain pass of Dochu La, Simtokha Dzong, Hongtsho Goemba monastery, Wangdiphodrang Dzong and so on. Once you get transferred to the hotel, check-in and stay overnight!
After breakfast, commence with your day out in Punakha where you get to cover a lot of places namely, Khamsum Yuelley Namgyal Chorten, Khuruthang, passing Punthsho Pelri Palace, Punakha Dzong followed by lunch at the banks of the Punak Chu and Chimi Lhakhang, lastly. Depart to reach the hotel for an overnight stay!
Wake up to the morning breakfast, after which you will be transferred on a drive to Paro from Punakha. En-route catch some exciting spots like Wang Chu and Paro Chu river valleys. As soon as you reach, you will check-in the hotel at Paro and rest for sometime. Later, head for the visit to monuments of Paro and explore the beauty and serenity of the landscape that the nature has to offer. Stay overnight in the hotel after return.
Enjoy the morning breakfast and get ready to visit the extravagant places awaiting in Paro. Commence with the National Museum in the Dzong watchtower where you get a glimpse of rich cultural heritage followed by Paro Dzong, Nyamai Zampa, Kyichu Lhakhang, Dumtse Lhakhang and the Drukgyel Dzong that are other major attractions. After the beautiful day out, stay overnight in the hotel!
After an early morning breakfast, you will spend some quality time hiking to one of the most known monuments of Bhutan known as the Taktshang Goemba also renowned as the Tiger's Nest. Soak the wonderful views and after the same return to the hotel and hit bed after a meal!
Have breakfast and welcome the last day of the trip where you will check-out the hotel and get transferred to the airport for departure. This brings a great end to the Agra to Bhutan tour package.
